Educator, Family Systems Engineering practitioner, and wholeness coach. WholeU360 grows from a simple belief: wholeness lays the foundation for meaningful and sustainable impact.
The person behind the work
Funmi Ajayi began as a Sunday school teacher in her teens and has taught since 2002. She knows burnout from the inside: busy, but running on autopilot. What changed things was building systems that cared for every area of life, not just one.
Today she combines psychology, science, faith, and culturally adaptable tools to help individuals, families, and organizations live not just their best lives, but their whole lives.
With parents, she helps them understand and support the whole child — academically, emotionally, relationally, and personally — and build stronger, more connected families across cultures.
With leaders and teams, the same work supports healthier relationships, inclusive environments, purposeful leadership, and sustainable growth.
At its heart, WholeU360 is about integration: connecting identity, purpose, relationships, leadership, work, and well-being so people can heal deeply, live authentically, lead purposefully, and create lasting generational impact.
