Who this covers

WholeU360 is the coaching practice of Funmi Ajayi. This policy covers this website, the contact form, and a virtual consult booked through the calendar.

What you send

• Contact form. Your name, email address, who the note is for (yourself, your relationship, your family, or your organization), and your message.

• Calendar. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and your answer to “This is for.” You may add anything else the scheduler asks. Calendly sends the confirmation.

• Email. If Funmi replies, that email thread is kept so the conversation can continue.

• Technical details. The tools that host the site and the calendar receive ordinary connection data, such as your browser type and IP address, so the pages can load.

The site does not ask for a phone number, a street address, or a payment card. Do not put emergency or highly sensitive medical details in the form.

Why it is used

Your details are used to answer you, to schedule and hold a virtual session, and to keep a record of that work. They are not sold, and they are not added to an advertising list.

Who else handles it

Funmi reads messages at the email connected to the form and to Calendly. A few other services process information so the site can run:

• Calendly runs the scheduler and sends confirmations.

• Google may receive a request, including your IP address, if your browser loads the fonts from Google.

Those providers may store information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Their policies describe what they do with it.

How long it is kept

Messages and booking details are kept while they are needed to reply, to provide coaching, and to meet any record the law requires. After that, they are deleted.

Your choices

Write through the Contact page to ask what WholeU360 holds about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. A booking may also need to be changed in Calendly. If the law where you live gives you other rights over your information, use the Contact page to make that request.

Children

This site is for adults. Parenting work is with parents and caregivers. Do not send information about a child unless you are the parent or caregiver and you choose to include it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
